Hi there, just taken delivery of an E5 BEV and obviously has some quirks, most of which hopefully will get resolved OTA with updates. One immediate issue I face is getting the app to connect to the car. I have got the car registered in the app but now need to connect the profile in the car. I keep being told there is no network in the car so I can’t connect. Anyone got past this step yet?Thanks

Not to worry, with help from the Jaecoo customer service team I am now connected to the car and have an active profile in the car :-) the app is now fully functional.
