nsp1 No. Mine just came with the standard cable. No bag either. Had to buy the granny charger separately.

brumlee There's a good selection of Type 2 3-pin plug chargers on ebay. Just make sure you get one that you can select the amperage as some come with fixed output. I run mine at 10 amps which pushes 2.2kw and will charge from 25% to 100% in around 6 hours.
